We are an overseas school/college and are wondering about the suitability of the presentations.
The presentations are editable and will integrate easily into any international mathematics programme. Please see international reviews in "ABOUT"
What presentations are contained on the CD's?
To view an up-to-date list of contents for the primary/secondary/college/SEN/PRU CD's please select "CD CONTENTS" and scroll down.
Can we use e-credits (eLC's) to make a purchase from the Website?
Yes, we take eLC's with effect from 1st Jan 2005. You can use these to purchase teacher/full site/home-school Intranet licences
Can we use eLC's to purchase files via the download facility?
No.
My bursar is a little old fashioned and doesn't like the idea of ordering the CD on-line. Do you have an order form that I can use for posting instead?
Yes. Just click "Contact Us" and request one stating type of school. This will be e-mailed to you.
What is a Full Site licence and what are the benefits?
A full site licence allows you to place the contents of the CD on any computer within the institution including a network. It could also be used for instance in the SEN area/library/pre-school/after- school clubs. It also allows for student use independently of the teacher. The SAT Booster and Mental Maths 5000 presentations are interactive and are specifically designed for students to access. There is an annual subscription for this and you receive a new CD on the anniversary of your purchase together with all the latest updates.
What is a Home -School Intranet licence/VLE?
As above except that you can make all or part of the resource available to your students at home via the school/college Website or VLE . Please note that the Website must be secure. A further annual subscription is required for this equivalent to the cost of the original full site licence subscription.
This option is ideal for offering personalised learning.
