A nice presentation involving a diameter wrapping itself around the circumference of a circle to explain what pi is. There are plenty of example questions and student questions included. Pi is displayed to 10,000 decimal places and we briefly mention attempts to memorise it. We conclude by looking at some of Ramanujan’s approximation formulae.
