A useful presentation on completing the square. It starts off with two (animated) geometric demonstrations for perfect squares and goes on to show how to write the expressions x^2 + bx then x^2 + bx + c in completed square form before finally solving equations with the method. Lots of example/student questions throughout. It does not consider coefficients of x > 1 and does not discuss the connection with transformations of f(x) = x^2.
