This is a PowerPoint math or maths presentation on conversion between metric and imperial units of capacity. It starts off with a nice graphic of 5 (animated) litre containers, four of which are full and one half full next to a gallon container. We empty the litre containers into the gallon container until it fills, thus re-enforcing the idea that they are approximately equivalent.
All the common conversions are performed, litres to gallons, gallons to litres, litres to pints, pints to litres. There are numerous teacher explanations/example questions as well as student questions. This is an excellent presentation.
