Order of Operations

A PowerPoint math/maths PowerPoint presentation on order of operations.

The presentation uses BIDMAS but if you prefer BODMAS I'm sure you'll work out what to do. The same applies to teachers in the States and elsewhere that use PEMDAS.

A typical calculation that you know most students will get wrong is introduced at the start before the conventional rules are introduced one at a time. Some simple and effective animations aid explanation (don't click too quick) the mnemonic comes in one at a time automatically. Lots and lots of worked xamples follow.
