Proportion (Direct)
Algebra PowerPoint Presentation

This is quite a nice presentation on Direct Proportion. It starts off by plotting points and drawing a straight line graph for increasing Ice Cream Sales from Eddies Ices. The different terminology is discussed and there then follows a series of example/student questions on the usual type of things, problems involving tables, electricity and masses on springs. We then move on to problems involving squares and cubes. These include the energy of a moving body, value of diamonds of different masses, finding unknown lengths and masses in a set of three coloured cubes and spheres. All graphics are fairly basic but they do the job. All questions are included and are on the end slides for printing.
