Integration 1 (Indefinite)

Calculus Integration PowerPoint Maths Presentation.
We start by looking at three quadratic functions that have the same derivates and examining their graphs. All the standard terminology for the integral is introduced as is the constant of integration. The idea that integration is the reverse of differentiation is discussed and developed. Students are able to integrate the usual polynomials term by term. We conclude by determining C, given a point (a,b) that the curve passes through.
